The clown who fell in love with a mermaid

Rainbow eyed mermaid eyes winking  at him

his nose purple red of love

and his eyes crazy green and sparkling

The deep dark sea

she swallowed your princess

save her with your foolish loving smile

before the party is over

a miss is as good as a mile

she blew a kiss at his dark red lips

a sweet goodby which he sadly missed

she teared up

swimming in her salty sea of tears

I´m done with your lies

your playful disguise

love me or leave me

darling come with me

listening to seashells telling secrets

you frightening funny  clown

made my dark soul laugh

take off your mask and make this moment last

don´t think about your last love

cause  every night could be your last love

I´m tender and sweetness

come dear love come stay with me

the clown clouded by feelings

and imaginary heartbeat of the mermaid

he sees her with feathery wings and flowery hair

the deep dusty darkness stays unaware

their love is lost but their heartbeats are fast

they don´t know how much they´re one of a kind

creatures of magic, love and laughing

that is not gonna last

they hide in your dreams and keep you awake

they scare and protect you

they´re pieces of your past

the clown and the mermaid
