Do not be afraid that change is afoot.
Like many times before we stand at a new precipice.
Part willing and part not to take the final leap.
Many surrender to herd mentality.
Backwards we go, further and further.
The precipice just out of reach.
Ignorant and finite we may be.
Fragmented and chaotic we may appear.
Stuck in systems that do us harm it may seem.
Abrupt global change may soon prove paramount.
Exponential progress is in our midst,
Dwarfing any revolution that has yet come.
A small few pull us closer and closer.
Soon we will have leapt,
Leaving behind the struggles of late.
A quality of life unimaginable today,
lies within the realm of possibility.
Abundance will be our new norm,
Technology the center of it all.
In time we will travel the stars,
and spread life across the cosmos.
Unraveling the secrets of existence itself.
Do not be afraid that change is afoot.
Over that precipice, wonders await.
