Quip

It's the word quip

Such a subtle gesture

Yet the voices ring in solemn roar

For what an entity will become

Are words cast upon the atmospheric canvas

Which we speak upon

And to those we hold dear

Dropping skill is only for those so near

And when we grab the night we thrust

Only we love to those we trust.
