Prisoner

I'm hurting, I feel like I'm nothing. I wonder if I'm still alive. The pain washed upon, The masked smile, The tired eyes. The hurt beyond the hurt. Still wondering if I'm bleeding. Wonder what will happen If I took a blade to the skin. Is there such thing called happiness? Such thing called love? If so why do I feel hurt? Feel like a burden. A prisoner that hasn't seen light. Locked away in cage, Shadows haunting, The memories is the only thing still living. Lost the free will long ago. If this is the way of life, Why am I still living? Feeling like I'm nothing. Feeling like I'm unwanted. Feeling like I'm useless, Maybe I'm better off dead. Let me lie down in a ditch, Where my body can be at ease. The prisoner will finally be set free. Caged in a life, Where I only know hate. Let me take this blade So I can be set free.
