STEAM BOATS AND CHUGGERS PLOWING THROUGH WATER PLOWING THROUGH WAVES ALONG WITH THE SWELL. CRUISE SHIPS AND TUGGERS FLOATING AND MOVING TO THEIR DESTINATION, ALL WILL BE WELL.
WHEN THE CLOUDS BLACKEN AND THE WEATHER GETS STORMY, THE BOATS CHUG ALONG AS THEY DID BEFORE. THE SWELLS ARE HIGHER AND THE WATER IS CHOPPY. THE BOATS TAKE LONGER REACHING THE SHORE.
IN THE HARBOR THE SUN IS SHINING. PEOPLE ARE MILLING ABOUT. OFF OUT INTO THE DISTANCE; I THOUGHT I HEARD SOMEONE SHOUT.
