Main Character Sometimes i don’t understand how people fail to look up How they fail to notice How they so easily criticize the way that I romantisize But how can you not When the world is in the palm of your hands When the sunset hits the amber and gold leaves in the trees Or when he finally gets down on one knee I believe that pain demands to be felt For days of sorrow are what shape the days of bliss Days where the world leaves a bitter taste eventually wash down palatable Ash to ash No one ever really remembers anyway So I encourage you Look up, be kind, and romanticize the shit out of shit that doesn't matter If it matters to you then it matters Don’t forget that
