Do You Not Have A Heart

I find myself often sitting in wonder Was there a calm before my storm? Or has it always been thunder? All I ever wanted to do was fit in Try to mold to every situation, But never did I win. At home, at school, wherever I went Desperate cries for help But no ear ever lent No one deserves to be torn apart No matter how many pieces Do you not have a heart? As time went on, things didn’t change You don’t think you’re wrong Now isn’t that strange? My peace of mind does not include you in it I truly wish you the best You’re done killing my spirit.
