Artemis

On this very orb of water and land

walk the feet of a remarkable breed.

They fill the minds and vision of the male with

everlasting greed.

Women, the significant other.

Each with their own radiant variance.

Some are much like Athena, engraved with brilliance of literature and art.

And others, an epitome of Aphrodite, with the power to steal any man’s heart.

But my personal favourite, the jewel of the crown,

Artemis.

The hunt, the moon and goddess of purity.

The one who scourges ravishers into stags.

Nothing and no thing in this world, dare to touch her serenity.
