Yesterday Today Tomorrow

~Yesterday,Today,Tomorrow
I'm on the edge and slipping fast
there's no control the mind is vast
i can not see the way from here
within the darkness i do fear
it's all so empty no answers found
I'm in a sprial going down
the drugs i take don't help at all
they can't slow down this mighty fall
I'm left in limbo on my own
No chance to settle all alone
it may be better that no one sees'
Inside my mind in times like these
Just ride it out to the other side
i say to my self and try to hide
This terrible cloud that covers me
it takes a grip won't let me free
No rhyme or reason for this plight
I have no strength i can not fight
It comes and stays as long as it wants
I don't know why it's me it haunts
The pain is here for all to see
It's all consuming shamelessly
With no remorse my life it holds
And pulls me down into it's folds
Just like it comes it goes away
And leads me into a brand new day
I'm grateful for this brief respite
For i can finally see the light
But i'm no fool to think this pain
Will not return to me again
Life must go on you can't give in
You must believe that you can win
With that belief, there comes the sun
And with that mindset you have won.
