Had I been painted in black And I were to walk the town Would you still smile my way Or upon me look down For what is the reason to scorn Those of flesh and blood our kind Had I bourn a paint of black What would I see, what would I find Loyal guards who protect my home Had I been with skin a paint of black Would I still see you devoted souls Or warriors ready to attack Why do you hate with all your heart And stab them in the back Why lose your calm and reason And fight those god painted black July 29, 2020 - Ghost
