Wishes Still So blessed we meet in collage the spirit try and true? Kept me alive along the way when friends, family, and vices did die How our history did find us here by grace down to moments? Scares along the way kept vibe thereby Did we keep the faith in the game? So far so good till we breathe our last refrain What now keeps us in the twinkling beneath the stars? As new trails have cleared away Is it something that I haven’t said? That our curved places straighten out with actions everyday Look within who will be in your grandstands? All of those of us who passed before family, friends, pets no more From us two to four to how many more? The torch that lights beyond our tunnel to burn forever is something to WISH FOR!
