Daydreaming

Come to me in my dream, like the dolphins used to come. Hug me tight and tell me that everything is going to be fine. There is no blue crayon line on my walls to remind me of the ocean calm when I'm sad. And unlike the old pirate from the story, I don't need the horizon image on my living room walls to help me daydream and help me forget about my present wish for happiness, forget my pain of being alone. I just close my eyes when I hunger for another place, for another time. And I find myself instantly there, with you my girl, hypnotized by your eyes, drunk from the taste of your love juices. And the time stops when we kiss. And all my troubles are washed away. I touch your hair and everything is all right. I hold your hand and I am whole again.
